What you send us

When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, company, project name and description, optional category and services, material, thickness, quantity, finish, timeline, delivery preference, shipping city and province or territory. You may also upload drawings, photographs, and CAD files.

The website quote form does not collect payment-card numbers. The site does not create customer accounts.

Why we use it

We use this information to review the request, ask follow-up questions, prepare a quotation, manufacture parts if you accept a quote, arrange shipping or pickup, and send the confirmation email. We do not sell the information you submit.

Uploaded files

Files attached to a quote are stored with Vercel Blob. The store used for these uploads is configured for public access. Each file gets a web address. Anyone who has that address can open the file. Those addresses are sent to us in the internal quote email. They are not listed on the website or in the sitemap.

Accepted types and size limits are checked before upload. There is no automatic deletion schedule in the website. To ask about a file you uploaded, email quotes@getpartsmade.ca.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Quote emails are sent with Resend to our quote inbox and, when the address is valid, a confirmation is sent to you. If a GetPartsMade Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured for this site, pages load Google Analytics. A successful quote submission can record a lead event with the form name, the page path, and whether any files were attached. That event does not include your name, email, phone number, project description, or file names.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information you sent with a quote, or ask us to delete a request. Email quotes@getpartsmade.ca. Deleting a stored file depends on the file host and is not done automatically by the website.
