What to send
None of this has to be a finished engineering package. A clear description plus one of the file types below is enough to start.
- DXF, DWG, STEP, STP, or PDF
- A dimensioned drawing or a hand sketch
- Photos of an existing part, with a scale or measurements
- SolidWorks, Inventor, or a ZIP of several files
- Material, thickness, quantity, and finish if you already know them
Mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum are the usual requests. If the drawing names a grade, include it. If you are not sure, describe how the part will be used and we will confirm a practical option in the quotation.
We review the file for manufacturability before quoting. There is no instant price. Bends, hole sizes, and finish can live in the drawing or in the project description.
Smaller cut and formed parts ship across Canada. Shipping cost is confirmed with the quote. Pickup is available at the London, Ontario shop.
